Raumtemperaturregler für VAV-Anlagen ohne Bedienelemente
Der Belimo CR24-A2 ist ein mikroprozessorgesteuerter Einzelraumregler für die individuelle Regelung des Raumklimas in VAV-Anlagen. Er erfasst die Raumtemperatur über einen internen Fühler und gibt zwei Regelsequenzen aus: Der Ausgang 2...10 V steuert die variable Volumenstromregelung und die Kühlung, ein 3-Punkt-Ausgang übernimmt die Heizung. Das Gerät ist für die Aufputzmontage an der Wand vorgesehen und arbeitet ohne Bedienelemente, also ohne Sollwertkorrektur oder Betriebsartenwahl vor Ort.
Regelverhalten und Schutzfunktionen
Der Sollwert lässt sich werkseitig zwischen 15 und 36 Grad Celsius einstellen, ab Werk auf 21 Grad Celsius. Ein interner Frost- und Übertemperaturschutz begrenzt die Regelabweichung nach unten und oben. Über den Analogeingang ai2 lässt sich der Sollwert extern um bis zu 10 Kelvin verschieben, etwa durch ein übergeordnetes Gebäudeleitsystem. Zusätzlich lässt sich ein externer NTC-Fühler anschließen, wenn die interne Messung nicht ausreicht.
Ansteuerung und elektrischer Anschluss
Der CR24-A2 wird mit AC 24 V im Funktionsbereich von 19,2 bis 28,8 V versorgt und benötigt einen Sicherheitstransformator. Der Anschluss erfolgt über Schraubklemmen mit einem Querschnitt bis 1,5 Quadratmillimeter.
