Hubantrieb mit MP-Bus und Notstellfunktion
Der Belimo NVK24A-MP-TPC ist ein Hubantrieb für Hubventile mit 1000 N Stellkraft, der sich über MP-Bus oder ein analoges Stellsignal von 2 bis 10 V ansteuern lässt. Bei Spannungsausfall fährt er in eine definierte Notstellposition und eignet sich damit für die sichere, präzise Regelung von Heiz- und Kühlkreisen in stationären Heizungs-, Lüftungs- und Klimaanlagen.
Funktionsweise
Im konventionellen Betrieb folgt der Antrieb dem Stellsignal Y und lädt dabei gleichzeitig die internen Kondensatoren, im Busbetrieb erhält er sein digitales Stellsignal vom übergeordneten Regler über MP-Bus. Bei Unterbrechung der Speisespannung fährt er aus der gespeicherten Energie in die mit dem Drehknopf eingestellte Notstellposition, bei der ersten Inbetriebnahme benötigt er dafür rund 20 Sekunden Vorladezeit. Über MP-Bus dient der Antrieb zusätzlich als Analog/Digital-Wandler für ein angeschlossenes Sensorsignal.

- Laufzeit: 150 s, einstellbar zwischen 90 und 150 s, im Notbetrieb 35 s
- Schutzart: IP54
- Umgebungstemperatur: 0 bis 50 °C
Montage und Handverstellung
Die Montage erfolgt mit formschlüssigen Klemmbacken direkt auf dem Ventilhals, der Antrieb ist dabei um 360 Grad schwenkbar. Die Drucktaste koppelt den Antrieb temporär vom Getriebe ab, der Hub lässt sich zusätzlich mit einem 4-mm-Innensechskantschlüssel justieren. Der Motor arbeitet mit einem Schallleistungspegel von 56 dB(A), im Notstellbetrieb mit 45 dB(A).
