Hubventil DN 80 mit 3-Wege-Flanschanschluss
Das H780N regelt als 3-Weg-Hubventil in geschlossenen Wassersystemen. Es wird über einen Flanschanschluss mit PN 16 eingebaut und erreicht einen Kvs-Wert von 100 m³/h für die wasserseitige Regelung von Heizungs- und Lüftungsanlagen.
Ventilkegel aus Edelstahl mit zwei Regelpfaden
Ein Hubantrieb verstellt den Ventilkegel und bringt ihn in die vom Stellsignal vorgegebene Öffnungsstellung. Der Regelpfad A-AB arbeitet gleichprozentig nach VDI/VDE 2173 mit einer Leckrate von maximal 0,05 Prozent des Kvs-Werts, der Bypass B-AB linear mit maximal 1 Prozent Leckrate. Das Gehäuse besteht aus EN-GJL-250 mit Schutzlack, der Kegel aus nicht rostendem Stahl, die Dichtung aus EPDM.
Medium bis 120 Grad Celsius bei PN 16
Das Ventil eignet sich für Wasser sowie Wasser-Glykol-Gemische bis 50 Volumenprozent bei Mediumstemperaturen von -10 bis 120 Grad Celsius. Bei Temperaturen zwischen -10 und 2 Grad Celsius benötigt die Spindel eine Spindelheizung. Ausgelegt ist das Ventil für PN 16 mit einem Schließdruck ps von 1600 kPa.
Montage mit separat zu bestellendem Antrieb
Sie bauen das Ventil stehend bis liegend ein, eine hängende Montage ist nicht zulässig. Halten Sie die am Gehäuse markierte Durchflussrichtung ein. Ein Antrieb ist nicht im Lieferumfang enthalten und wird separat bestellt.
