Hubventil für DN 65 mit 3-Wege-Flanschanschluss
Das H765S ist ein Hubventil mit 3-Wege-Funktion für die Nennweite DN 65. Der Anschluss an die Rohrleitung erfolgt über Flansch nach PN 16, der zulässige Differenzdruck ps liegt bei 1600 kPa. Es arbeitet als Mischorgan in wasserführenden Heiz- und Kühlkreisen.
Zwei Regelpfade mit unterschiedlicher Kennlinie
Ein separater Hubantrieb fährt den Ventilkegel in die vom Stellsignal vorgegebene Öffnungsstellung. Der Regelpfad A-AB verhält sich gleichprozentig und ist im Öffnungsbereich optimiert, der Bypass B-AB linear. Die Leckrate beträgt für A-AB maximal 0,05 Prozent und für B-AB maximal 1 Prozent des Kvs-Werts. Das Gehäuse besteht aus EN-GJL-250 (GG 25) mit Schutzlack, Kegel und Sitz aus nichtrostendem Stahl. Die Spindel ist ebenfalls aus nichtrostendem Stahl gefertigt und über einen PTFE-V-Ring abgedichtet. Das Ventil ist wartungsfrei.
Medium und Betriebsbedingungen
Das Ventil ist für Wasser sowie Wasser mit Glykol bis maximal 50 Volumenprozent bei Mediumstemperaturen von 5 bis 150 °C ausgelegt. Ab 120 °C ist der Betrieb bis 1600 kPa zulässig, bei 150 °C bis 1400 kPa. Der Kvs-Wert liegt bei 63 m³/h.
Einbaulage und Antrieb
Bezogen auf die Spindel ist der Einbau stehend bis liegend zulässig, eine hängende Montage ist nicht erlaubt. Für die Ansteuerung benötigen Sie einen separat erhältlichen Hubantrieb, der stetig oder mit 3-Punkt-Signal von einem handelsüblichen Regelsystem angesteuert wird. Für höhere Mediumstemperaturen ist optional eine Spindelheizung ZH24-1-A erhältlich, die nicht im Lieferumfang enthalten ist.
