Hubventil für die 3-Wege-Mischregelung in DN 65
Der H764R ist ein Hubventil mit 3-Wege-Funktion in der Nennweite DN 65 und Flanschanschluss nach ISO 7005-2. Er regelt wasserseitig in geschlossenen Wassersystemen von Luftbehandlungs- und Heizungsanlagen.
Aufbau und Regelverhalten
Der Ventilkegel aus nicht rostendem Stahl wird über einen separat montierten Hubantrieb verstellt und öffnet stetig oder im 3-Punkt-Betrieb. Der Regelpfad A-AB arbeitet mit gleichprozentiger Kennlinie nach VDI/VDE 2173, der Bypass B-AB linear. Die Leckrate liegt am Regelpfad bei maximal 0,05 Prozent, am Bypass bei maximal 1 Prozent des Kvs-Werts. Der Ventilkörper besteht aus EN-GJL-250 (GG25) mit Schutzlack, die Spindeldichtung ist ein EPDM-O-Ring.
Medium, Temperatur und Druckstufe
Das Ventil ist für Wasser und Wasser-Glykol-Gemische bis maximal 50 Volumenprozent Glykolanteil bei Mediumstemperaturen von -10 bis 120 Grad Celsius ausgelegt. Bei Temperaturen von -10 bis 2 Grad Celsius benötigen Sie eine Spindelheizung. Die Druckstufe beträgt PN 6, der Kvs-Wert liegt bei 58 Kubikmeter pro Stunde.
Montage und Antriebswahl
Montieren Sie das Ventil stehend bis liegend, bezogen auf die Spindel. Ein hängender Einbau ist nicht zulässig. Halten Sie die Durchflussrichtung gemäß Gehäusepfeil ein. Der Hubantrieb wird separat bestellt und bestimmt den zulässigen Differenz- und Schließdruck.
