3-Wege-Hubventil für DN 65 mit Flanschanschluss
Das H764N ist ein Hubventil mit drei Wegen für DN 65 und Flanschanschluss nach ISO 7005-2, ausgelegt für PN 16. Es regelt als Mischventil den Wasserdurchfluss in geschlossenen Wassersystemen von Heizungs- und Lüftungsanlagen.
Gleichprozentige Kennlinie am Regelpfad, linear am Bypass
Der Regelpfad A-AB arbeitet mit gleichprozentiger Kennlinie nach VDI/VDE 2173, der Bypass B-AB linear. Die Leckrate liegt am Regelpfad bei maximal 0,05 Prozent des Kvs-Werts, am Bypass bei maximal 1 Prozent. Das Gehäuse besteht aus EN-GJL-250 mit Schutzlack, Ventilkegel und Spindel aus nicht rostendem Stahl, die Spindeldichtung aus EPDM.
Einsatz mit Wasser und Wasser-Glykol-Gemischen bis 120°C
Das Ventil eignet sich für Wasser sowie Wasser mit Glykolanteil bis maximal 50 Volumenprozent bei Mediumstemperaturen von -10 bis 120°C und einem zulässigen Druck ps von 1600 kPa. Bei Temperaturen von -10 bis 2°C benötigen Sie eine Spindelheizung. Der Kvs-Wert beträgt 58 m³/h bei einem Hub von 18 mm.
Montage stehend bis liegend, Antrieb separat bestellen
Sie montieren das Ventil stehend bis liegend bezogen auf die Spindel, eine hängende Montage ist nicht zulässig. Der Hubantrieb gehört nicht zum Lieferumfang und wird separat bestellt. Für Mediumstemperaturen unter 2°C benötigen Sie zusätzlich die Spindelheizung ZH24-1-A oder ZH24-1-B, für den Bypassanschluss steht der Blindflansch ZH765 zur Verfügung.
