Hubventil H750N für die 3-Wege-Mischregelung in DN 50
Der H750N ist ein 3-Wege-Hubventil mit Flanschanschluss nach ISO 7005-2 in der Nennweite DN 50 und einem Kvs-Wert von 40 m³/h. Es dient der wasserseitigen stetigen Regelung in Luftbehandlungs- und Heizungsanlagen.
Regelpfad und Bypass mit unterschiedlicher Kennlinie
Der Ventilkegel wird über einen separat zu montierenden Hubantrieb verstellt. Der Regelpfad A-AB öffnet gleichprozentig nach VDI/VDE 2173, im oberen Öffnungsbereich optimiert, der Bypass B-AB verhält sich linear. Der Regelpfad dichtet mit maximal 0,05 Prozent vom Kvs-Wert, der Bypass mit maximal 1 Prozent. Der Ventilkörper besteht aus Grauguss EN-GJL-250 mit Schutzlack, Schließkörper und Spindel aus nicht rostendem Stahl, die Spindelabdichtung erfolgt über einen EPDM-O-Ring.
Mediumstemperatur bis 120 Grad Celsius, Spindelheizung bei Frost
Das Ventil eignet sich für Wasser sowie Wasser-Glykol-Gemische bis 50 Volumenprozent Glykolanteil bei Mediumstemperaturen von -10 bis 120 Grad Celsius. Bei Temperaturen von -10 bis 2 Grad Celsius benötigen Sie eine Spindelheizung. Es ist für PN 16 mit einem ps-Wert von 1600 kPa ausgelegt.
Anschluss per Flansch, Antrieb separat erhältlich
Der H750N wird über einen Flanschanschluss nach ISO 7005-2 eingebaut. Die Einbaulage reicht bezogen auf die Spindel von stehend bis liegend, eine hängende Montage ist nicht zulässig. Beachten Sie die vorgegebene Durchflussrichtung. Hubantrieb und die bei Bedarf erforderliche Spindelheizung bestellen Sie separat.
