Hubventil H732N: 3-Wege-Ventil DN 32 mit Flanschanschluss
Der H732N ist ein Hubventil mit drei Wegen für die wasserseitige Regelung von Luftbehandlungs- und Heizungsanlagen in geschlossenen Wassersystemen. Es hat die Nennweite DN 32, einen Flanschanschluss nach PN 16 und einen Kvs-Wert von 16 m³/h.
Regelverhalten und Werkstoff
Ein Hubantrieb verstellt den Ventilkegel, der als Mischorgan wirkt, in die vom Stellsignal vorgegebene Öffnungsstellung. Am Regelpfad A-AB ergibt sich eine gleichprozentige Durchflusskennlinie, am Bypass B-AB eine lineare Kennlinie. Der Ventilkörper besteht aus EN-GJL-250 (GG 25) mit einer Oberflächenbehandlung durch Schutzlack. Die Leckrate liegt am Regelpfad bei maximal 0,05 Prozent und am Bypass bei maximal 1 Prozent vom Kvs-Wert.
Mediumstemperatur und Druckstufe
Das Ventil ist für Wasser sowie Wasser mit Glykolanteil bis maximal 50 Volumenprozent ausgelegt. Die Mediumstemperatur reicht von -10 bis 120 Grad Celsius, der maximale Betriebsdruck ps liegt bei 1600 kPa. Bei einer Mediumstemperatur zwischen -10 und 2 Grad Celsius benötigen Sie eine Spindelheizung.
Montage und Zubehör
Sie können das Ventil stehend bis liegend einbauen und müssen dabei die am Gehäuse markierte Durchflussrichtung einhalten, da es sonst beschädigt werden kann. Der Hubantrieb ist nicht im Lieferumfang enthalten und wird separat bestellt. Als Zubehör steht der Blindflansch ZH732 zur Verfügung.
