Hubventil für 3-Wege-Regelung an DN 20 mit Flanschanschluss
Der H720S ist ein Hubventil für die stetige 3-Wege-Regelung in geschlossenen Wassersystemen. Es hat die Nennweite DN 20, wird über einen Flansch angeschlossen und ist für PN 16 ausgelegt. Der Kvs-Wert beträgt 6,3 m³/h.
Regelverhalten und Werkstoffe
Der Regelpfad A-AB arbeitet gleichprozentig nach VDI/VDE 2173 und ist im Öffnungsbereich optimiert, der Bypass B-AB regelt linear. Die Leckrate liegt im Regelpfad bei maximal 0,05 Prozent des Kvs-Werts, im Bypass bei maximal 1 Prozent. Der Ventilkörper besteht aus lackiertem Grauguss EN-GJL-250, Schließkörper, Spindel und Sitz sind aus nicht rostendem Stahl gefertigt, die Spindel dichtet über einen PTFE-V-Ring ab.
Medium, Temperatur und Druckstufe
Das Ventil ist für Wasser sowie Wasser mit Glykolanteil bis maximal 50 Volumenprozent ausgelegt. Die Mediumstemperatur reicht von 5 bis 150 Grad Celsius, wobei 150 Grad Celsius bis zu einem Druck von 1400 kPa und 120 Grad Celsius bis 1600 kPa zulässig sind. Die Druckstufe liegt bei PN 16.
Montage und Antrieb
Die Einbaulage reicht von stehend bis liegend, bezogen auf die Spindel; eine hängende Montage ist nicht zulässig. Belimo empfiehlt einen Schmutzfänger und verlangt Wasserqualität nach VDI 2035. Der Antrieb ist nicht im Lieferumfang enthalten und wird separat bestellt; optional ist die Spindelheizung ZH24-1-A erhältlich.
