Hubventil H720N für DN 20 mit Flanschanschluss
Das H720N ist ein 3-Wege-Hubventil mit Flanschanschluss nach ISO 7005-2 für die Nennweite DN 20. Es arbeitet mit einem Nenndruck PN 16 und einem Kvs-Wert von 6,3 m³/h. Der Antrieb wird separat bestellt und steuert das Ventil stetig oder im 3-Punkt-Betrieb an. Das Ventil dient der wasserseitigen Regelung von Luftbehandlungs- und Heizungsanlagen.
Gleichprozentige Kennlinie im Regelpfad, linearer Bypass
Der profilierte Ventilkegel erzeugt im Regelpfad (A-AB) eine gleichprozentige Durchflusskennlinie, der Bypass (B-AB) verhält sich linear. Die Leckrate liegt im Regelpfad bei maximal 0,05 Prozent des Kvs-Werts, im Bypass bei maximal 1 Prozent. Der Ventilkörper besteht aus Grauguss EN-GJL-250 mit Schutzlacküberzug, Schließkörper und Spindel sind aus nichtrostendem Stahl gefertigt, die Spindeldichtung nutzt EPDM-O-Ringe.
Mediumstemperatur bis 120 Grad Celsius
Das Ventil verarbeitet Wasser sowie Wasser-Glykol-Gemische bis 50 Volumenprozent bei Mediumstemperaturen von -10 bis 120°C. Bei Temperaturen von -10 bis 2°C ist eine Spindelheizung erforderlich. Der zulässige Betriebsdruck ps liegt bei 1600 kPa.
Einbaulage stehend bis liegend
Montieren Sie das Ventil stehend bis liegend, bezogen auf die Spindel. Eine hängende Montage mit Stößel nach unten ist unzulässig. Beachten Sie beim Einbau die Durchflussrichtung, die ein Pfeil am Gehäuse kennzeichnet. Als Zubehör ist ein Blindflansch PN 16 (Typ ZH720) sowie eine Spindelheizung für den Tieftemperaturbereich erhältlich. Der Antrieb gehört bei dieser Baureihe nicht zum Lieferumfang und wird separat bestellt.
