Hubventil DN 200 für die 3-Wege-Mischregelung mit Flanschanschluss
Der H7200W630-S7 ist ein Hubventil in 3-Wege-Ausführung mit Flanschanschluss für Nennweite DN 200. Es dient der wasserseitigen stetigen Regelung in Luftbehandlungs- und Heizungsanlagen mit geschlossenen Wassersystemen.
Profilierter Ventilkegel für lineare Durchflusskennlinie
Der Ventilkegel dient als Mischorgan und nimmt die vom Stellsignal vorgegebene Position ein. Durch seine Profilierung erreicht das Ventil sowohl im Regelpfad A-AB als auch im Bypass B-AB eine lineare Kennlinie nach VDI/VDE 2173. Der Ventilkörper besteht aus EN-GJL-250 (GG 25) mit Schutzlack, Schließkörper, Spindel und Sitz sind aus nicht rostendem Stahl gefertigt, die Spindeldichtung aus EPDM. Das Ventil arbeitet wartungsfrei.
Wasser und Wasser-Glykol-Gemische bis 120 Grad Celsius
Das Ventil regelt Wasser sowie Wasser-Glykol-Gemische bis 50 Volumenprozent bei Mediumstemperaturen von -10 bis 120°C. Bei Temperaturen von -10 bis 2°C benötigen Sie eine Spindelheizung. Der Kvs-Wert beträgt 630 m³/h bei einer Druckstufe PN 16 und einem zulässigen Differenzdruck ps von 1600 kPa. Die Leckrate liegt im Regelpfad bei maximal 0,05 Prozent und im Bypass bei maximal 1 Prozent des Kvs-Wertes.
Einbaulage und Antriebskombinationen
Sie können das Ventil stehend bis liegend einbauen, ein hängender Einbau ist nicht zulässig. Der Flanschanschluss entspricht ISO 7005-2. Den passenden Antrieb wählen Sie aus den verfügbaren Kombinationen dieser Baureihe.
