Hubventil, 3-Wege, DN 15 mit Flanschanschluss
Das H712N ist ein Hubventil mit 3-Wege-Funktion in der Nennweite DN 15. Ein Hubantrieb verstellt den Ventilkegel, der als Mischorgan wirkt, in die vom Stellsignal vorgegebene Öffnungsstellung. Das Ventil eignet sich für die wasserseitige stetige Regelung von Luftbehandlungs- und Heizungsanlagen in geschlossenen Wassersystemen.
Regelverhalten und Werkstoffe
Der Regelpfad A zu AB besitzt eine gleichprozentige Kennlinie nach VDI/VDE 2173, die im Öffnungsbereich optimiert ist. Der Bypass B zu AB verhält sich linear. Der Ventilkörper besteht aus EN-GJL-250 (GG25) mit Schutzlack, Schließkörper und Spindel aus nicht rostendem Stahl, die Spindeldichtung ist ein EPDM-O-Ring, der Sitz im Bypass besteht aus nicht rostendem Stahl. Sie steuern das Ventil stetig oder per 3-Punkt-Signal mit handelsüblichen Reglern an.
Medium, Temperatur und Druck
Das Ventil ist für Wasser sowie Wasser mit Glykol bis maximal 50 Volumenprozent ausgelegt, bei einer Mediumstemperatur von -10 bis 120 Grad Celsius. Es hält einen Nenndruck PN 16 beziehungsweise einen Differenzdruck von 1600 kPa. Bei Temperaturen zwischen -10 und 2 Grad Celsius benötigen Sie eine Spindelheizung, zum Beispiel den Typ ZH24-1-A.
Montage mit Flanschanschluss
Sie schließen das Ventil über Flansch an. Die Einbaulage reicht von stehend bis liegend, bezogen auf die Spindel. Nicht zulässig ist der Einbau mit dem Stößel nach unten zeigend. Beachten Sie die durch den Pfeil am Gehäuse vorgegebene Durchflussrichtung. Der Antrieb für dieses Ventil wird separat bestellt.
