Hubventil für die 3-Wege-Regelung, DN 125, Flanschanschluss
Der H7125S ist ein Hubventil mit 3-Wege-Funktion für die wasserseitige, stetige Regelung von Luftbehandlungs- und Heizungsanlagen. Er hat die Nennweite DN 125 und wird über Flansch nach ISO 7005-2 angeschlossen.
Gleichprozentige Kennlinie mit geringer Leckrate
Der Ventilkegel dient als Mischorgan und fährt in die vom Stellsignal vorgegebene Position. Der Regelpfad A-AB arbeitet mit gleichprozentiger Kennlinie nach VDI/VDE 2173 und ist im Öffnungsbereich optimiert, der Bypass B-AB verhält sich linear. Die Leckrate liegt bei maximal 0,05 % des Kvs-Werts am Regelpfad und maximal 1 % am Bypass. Der Ventilkörper besteht aus EN-GJL-250 (GG 25) mit Oberflächenschutzlack, Schließkörper, Spindel und Sitz aus nicht rostendem Stahl. Die Spindel ist mit einem PTFE-V-Ring abgedichtet.
Einsatz in geschlossenen Wassersystemen bis PN 16
Das Ventil ist für geschlossene Wassersysteme mit Wasser sowie Wasser mit Glykolanteil bis maximal 50 Vol.-% ausgelegt. Die Mediumstemperatur reicht von 5 bis 150 °C. Der zulässige Betriebsdruck ps beträgt 1600 kPa bei einer Druckstufe von PN 16, der Kvs-Wert liegt bei 220 m³/h.
Antrieb separat bestellen, Einbau stehend bis liegend
Das Ventil lässt sich stehend bis liegend einbauen, bezogen auf die Spindel; ein hängender Einbau mit dem Stössel nach unten ist nicht zulässig. Der Hubantrieb ist nicht im Lieferumfang enthalten und wird separat bestellt. Für den Einsatz bei tiefen Temperaturen ist eine Spindelheizung als Zubehör erhältlich.
