3-Wege-Hubventil für die wasserseitige Regelung in DN 100
Der H7100X160-S4 ist ein Hubventil mit drei Anschlüssen und Flanschverbindung in der Nennweite DN 100. Es regelt wasserseitig in Luftbehandlungs- und Heizungsanlagen und wird über einen separat zu bestellenden Hubantrieb verstellt, der den Ventilkegel in die vom Stellsignal vorgegebene Öffnungsstellung bringt.
Werkstoff und Durchflusskennlinie des Ventilkegels
Der Ventilkörper besteht aus EN-GJS-400-18-LT mit Schutzlack, Schließkörper und Spindel aus nicht rostendem Stahl. Die Spindeldichtung ist ein PTFE-V-Ring. Durch die Profilierung des Ventilkegels ergibt sich am Regelpfad A-AB eine lineare Durchflusskennlinie, ebenso am Bypass B-AB. Die Leckrate liegt am Regelpfad bei maximal 0,05 Prozent und am Bypass bei maximal 1 Prozent vom Kvs-Wert.
Medium, Temperatur und Druckstufe
Das Ventil eignet sich für Wasser und Wasser-Glykol-Gemische bis 50 Volumenprozent. Die Mediumstemperatur reicht von 5 bis 200 Grad Celsius, der zulässige Betriebsdruck ps beträgt 2500 kPa bei PN 25. Der Kvs-Wert liegt bei 160 m³/h.
Montage und Antriebszubehör
Die Hubventile lassen sich stehend bis liegend einbauen, die Durchflussrichtung ist am Gehäuse gekennzeichnet. Der Hubantrieb gehört nicht zum Lieferumfang und wird separat bestellt. Optional ist die Spindelheizung ZH24-1-A für verschiedene Antriebstypen erhältlich.
