3-Wege-Hubventil DN 65 mit Flanschanschluss
Der H7065X63-S4 ist ein Hubventil für die 3-Wege-Regelung wasserseitiger Heizungs- und Lüftungsanlagen in geschlossenen Wassersystemen. Es hat die Nennweite DN 65, einen Flanschanschluss nach ISO 7005-2 und die Druckstufe PN 25.
Linearer Ventilkegel aus nicht rostendem Stahl
Der Ventilkegel wirkt als Mischorgan und öffnet entsprechend dem Stellsignal des Antriebs. Die Durchflusskennlinie A-AB ist linear nach VDI/VDE 2173. Gehäuse, Kegel, Spindel und Sitz bestehen aus EN-GJS-400-18-LT beziehungsweise nicht rostendem Stahl, die Spindel ist mit einem PTFE-V-Ring abgedichtet.
Kvs 63 für Wasser und Wasser-Glykol-Gemische
Das Ventil eignet sich für Wasser und Wasser-Glykol-Gemische bis maximal 50 Volumenprozent Glykol bei einer Mediumstemperatur von 5 bis 200 Grad Celsius. Der zulässige statische Druck liegt bei 2500 kPa, der Kvs-Wert beträgt 63 Kubikmeter pro Stunde.
Einbau stehend bis liegend, Antrieb separat erhältlich
Montieren Sie das Ventil bezogen auf die Spindel stehend bis liegend, eine hängende Einbaulage ist nicht zulässig. Beachten Sie beim Einbau die Durchflussrichtung gemäß Pfeilmarkierung am Gehäuse. Der Hubantrieb ist nicht im Lieferumfang enthalten und wird separat bestellt. Für den Einsatz bei höheren Temperaturen ist die Spindelheizung ZH24-1-A für LV-, NV- und SV-Antriebe als Zubehör erhältlich.
