Hubventil DN 50 mit Flanschanschluss für die 3-Wege-Mischung
Der H7050X40-S2 ist ein Hubventil in 3-Wege-Ausführung mit einem Kvs-Wert von 40 m³/h. Es wird als Flanschventil in der Nennweite DN 50 bei einem Nenndruck von PN 25 (ps 2500 kPa) ausgeführt und regelt in stationären Heizungs-, Lüftungs- und Klimaanlagen den Wasserdurchfluss.
Linearer Durchfluss mit wartungsfreier Spindeldichtung
Der Ventilkegel wirkt als Mischorgan und positioniert sich entsprechend dem Stellsignal des Hubantriebs. Die Durchflusskennlinie ist im Regelpfad A-AB und im Bypass B-AB linear. Das Gehäuse besteht aus Gusseisen mit Schutzlack, Ventilkegel, Spindel und Sitz sind aus nichtrostendem Stahl gefertigt. Die Spindel dichtet ein PTFE-V-Ring wartungsfrei ab, die Leckrate liegt bei maximal 0,05 Prozent des Kvs-Werts im Regelpfad und maximal 1 Prozent im Bypass.
Mediumstemperatur bis 200 Grad Celsius
Das Ventil eignet sich für Wasser sowie Wasser mit Glykolanteil bis maximal 50 Volumenprozent. Die Mediumstemperatur reicht von 5 bis 200°C.
Einbau in beliebiger Lage, Antrieb separat erhältlich
Sie können das Ventil stehend bis liegend einbauen. Beachten Sie die Durchflussrichtung, um Beschädigungen zu vermeiden, und setzen Sie einen Schmutzfänger ein. Vor Servicearbeiten schalten Sie die Stromversorgung sowie die Pumpen ab und schließen die Absperrschieber. Für niedrige Temperaturen ist optional eine Spindelheizung erhältlich. Ein Antrieb ist bei diesem Ventilkörper nicht enthalten und wird separat bestellt.
