Hubventil für die 3-Wege-Regelung DN 20 mit Flanschanschluss
Das H7020X6P3-S2 ist ein Hubventil für die 3-Wege-Mischregelung in geschlossenen Wassersystemen. Es hat die Nennweite DN 20, einen Flanschanschluss nach PN 25 und einen Kvs-Wert von 6,3 m³/h.
Profilierter Ventilkegel für lineare Durchflusskennlinie
Ein Hubantrieb bewegt den Ventilkegel in die vom Stellsignal vorgegebene Öffnungsstellung. Der Kegel wirkt als Mischorgan und ist so profiliert, dass in Durchflussrichtung eine lineare Durchflusskennlinie entsteht. Das Ventilgehäuse besteht aus Gusseisen EN-GJS-400-18-LT mit Schutzlackoberfläche, Kegel, Spindel und Sitz sind aus nicht rostendem Stahl gefertigt. Die Spindel dichtet über einen PTFE-V-Ring ab. Die maximale Leckrate liegt bei 0,05 Prozent des Kvs-Werts am Regelpfad und bei 1 Prozent am Bypass.
Einsatz bei Mediumstemperaturen bis 200 Grad Celsius
Das Ventil ist für Wasser sowie für Wasser-Glykol-Gemische bis maximal 50 Volumenprozent Glykolanteil ausgelegt. Die Mediumstemperatur reicht von 5 bis 200 Grad Celsius, der zulässige Betriebsdruck liegt bei 2500 kPa.
Einbau in beliebiger Lage außer hängend
Die am Gehäuse markierte Durchflussrichtung ist einzuhalten. Der Einbau ist stehend bis liegend zulässig, eine hängende Montage ist nicht erlaubt. Das Ventil arbeitet wartungsfrei und wird ohne Antrieb geliefert, ein passender Hubantrieb ist separat zu bestellen. Für tiefe Umgebungstemperaturen ist die Spindelheizung ZH24-1-A als Zubehör erhältlich.
