Hubventil für DN 80 mit Flanschanschluss
Das H680S ist ein 2-Wege-Hubventil für Nennweite DN 80 mit Flanschanschluss nach ISO 7005-2. Es regelt Wasser- und Dampfsysteme im unterkritischen Bereich bei einem Kvs-Wert von 100 m³/h und einer Druckstufe PN 16.
Gleichprozentige Kennlinie und geringe Leckrate
Der Ventilkegel dient als Drosselorgan und nimmt die vom Stellsignal vorgegebene Öffnungsstellung ein. Die Durchflusskennlinie ist gleichprozentig nach VDI/VDE 2173 und im Öffnungsbereich optimiert. Die Leckrate liegt bei maximal 0,05 Prozent des Kvs-Werts. Der Ventilkörper besteht aus Gusseisen EN-GJL-250 mit Schutzlack, Schließkörper, Spindel und Sitz aus nichtrostendem Stahl, die Spindeldichtung aus PTFE.
Mediumstemperatur bis 150 Grad Celsius
Das Ventil eignet sich für Wasser und Dampf mit einem Verhältnis Δp/P1 unter 0,4 sowie für Wasser mit Glykolanteil bis maximal 50 Volumenprozent. Die Mediumstemperatur reicht von 5 bis 150 Grad Celsius bei einem zulässigen Betriebsüberdruck ps von 1600 kPa. Für den Einsatz bei tiefen Temperaturen ist optional die Spindelheizung ZH24-1-A erhältlich.
Einbau stehend bis liegend, Antrieb separat
Sie können das Ventil bezogen auf die Spindel stehend bis liegend einbauen. Beachten Sie die Durchflussrichtung anhand des Pfeils am Gehäuse. Belimo empfiehlt einen Schmutzfänger und die Einhaltung der Wasserqualität nach VDI 2035. Ein Antrieb ist nicht im Lieferumfang enthalten und wird separat bestellt.
