Hubventil DN 80 für die wasserseitige Regelung
Der Belimo H680N ist ein Hubventil in 2-Wege-Ausführung mit Flanschanschluss und Nennweite DN 80. Ein Hubantrieb bewegt den Ventilkegel in die vom Stellsignal vorgegebene Öffnungsstellung. Das Ventil regelt in geschlossenen Wassersystemen den wasserseitigen Volumenstrom von Lüftungs- und Heizungsanlagen.
Gleichprozentige Kennlinie und dichtschließender Kegel
Das Ventil arbeitet mit einer gleichprozentigen Durchflusskennlinie nach VDI/VDE 2173, die im Öffnungsbereich optimiert ist. Der Ventilkörper besteht aus Grauguss EN-GJL-250 mit Schutzlack, Schließkörper und Spindel sind aus nichtrostendem Stahl gefertigt und dichten über einen EPDM-O-Ring ab. Die Leckrate liegt bei maximal 0,05 Prozent des Kvs-Werts.
Einsatz mit Wasser und Wasser-Glykol-Gemischen bis 120 Grad Celsius
Das Ventil ist für Wasser sowie Wasser mit Glykol bis maximal 50 Volumenprozent ausgelegt. Die Mediumstemperatur reicht von minus 10 bis 120 Grad Celsius, unterhalb von 2 Grad Celsius ist eine Spindelheizung erforderlich. Der Kvs-Wert beträgt 100 Kubikmeter pro Stunde bei einer Druckstufe PN 16 und einem zulässigen Betriebsdruck von 1600 kPa.
Montage stehend bis liegend, Antrieb separat bestellen
Der Einbau ist bezogen auf die Spindel stehend bis liegend zulässig, eine hängende Montage ist nicht erlaubt. Sie müssen die am Gehäuse markierte Durchflussrichtung einhalten. Für den Betrieb ist ein Hubantrieb erforderlich, der separat zu bestellen ist. Optional ist eine Spindelheizung für den Tieftemperaturbereich erhältlich.
