Hubventil DN 80 mit Flanschanschluss für Heizungs- und Lüftungsanlagen
Das H679R ist ein 2-Wege-Hubventil in Flanschausführung mit der Nennweite DN 80. Es regelt Wasser und Wasser-Glykol-Gemische in geschlossenen wasserseitigen Kreisläufen von Luftbehandlungs- und Heizungsanlagen.
Kegel als Drosselelement mit gleichprozentiger Kennlinie
Ein Hubantrieb verstellt den Ventilkegel stetig oder im 3-Punkt-Betrieb entsprechend dem Stellsignal des Regelsystems. Die Durchflusskennlinie ist gleichprozentig und im Öffnungsbereich optimiert. Die Leckrate liegt bei maximal 0,05 Prozent des Kvs-Werts. Gehäuse und Sitz bestehen aus Grauguss, Kegel und Spindel aus nichtrostendem Stahl, die Spindelabdichtung erfolgt über einen EPDM-O-Ring.
Medium und Betriebsdaten
Das Ventil ist für Mediumstemperaturen von -10 bis 120 °C ausgelegt und für einen maximalen Betriebsdruck ps von 600 kPa bemessen. Der Kvs-Wert beträgt 90 m³/h bei einer Druckstufe PN 6. Für den Einsatz bei tiefen Temperaturen ist eine Spindelheizung separat erhältlich.
Einbaulage und Montage
Das Ventil lässt sich stehend bis liegend einbauen, bezogen auf die Spindel. Hängende Positionen mit nach unten weisendem Stößel sind nicht zulässig. Beachten Sie die Durchflussrichtung anhand der Pfeilmarkierung am Gehäuse. Der passende Hubantrieb ist separat erhältlich.
