Hubventil DN 65 mit Flanschanschluss für Wasser- und Dampfsysteme
Das H665S ist ein 2-Wege-Hubventil der Nennweite DN 65 mit Flanschanschluss. Es regelt in geschlossenen Wasser- und Dampfsystemen im unterkritischen Bereich, etwa zur wasserseitigen Regelung von Luftbehandlungs- und Heizungsanlagen.
Gleichprozentige Kennlinie und korrosionsbeständige Werkstoffe
Der Ventilkegel ist gleichprozentig profiliert und im Öffnungsbereich optimiert. Das Ventil ist als Sitzventil mit Schließpunkt unten ausgeführt. Gehäuse aus EN-GJL-250 (GG 25) mit Schutzlack, Kegel, Spindel und Sitz aus nichtrostendem Stahl, Dichtung aus PTFE. Bei Mediumsgeschwindigkeiten von 1 bis 2 Metern pro Sekunde arbeitet das Ventil geräuscharm, bei höheren Geschwindigkeiten können Geräusche und Kavitation auftreten.
Mediumstemperatur bis 150 Grad Celsius bei ps 1600 kPa
Das Ventil eignet sich für Wasser und Dampf mit einem Verhältnis Δp/P1 kleiner 0,4 sowie für Wasser mit Glykolanteil bis maximal 50 Volumenprozent. Die Mediumstemperatur reicht von 5 bis 150 Grad Celsius. Der maximale Betriebsdruck ps liegt bei 1600 kPa, der Kvs-Wert bei 63 m³/h bei einer Druckstufe PN 16.
Flanschmontage nach ISO 7005-2, Antrieb separat bestellen
Der Einbau erfolgt stehend bis liegend, bezogen auf die Spindel, über Flansch gemäß ISO 7005-2. Achten Sie beim Einbau auf die Pfeilmarkierung am Gehäuse, die die Durchflussrichtung angibt. Ein Hubantrieb ist nicht im Lieferumfang enthalten und muss separat bestellt werden. Für den Betrieb bei tiefen Umgebungstemperaturen ist die Spindelheizung ZH24-1-A als Zubehör erhältlich.
