Hubventil DN 50 mit Flanschanschluss für Wasser und Dampf
Der H650S ist ein 2-Wege-Hubventil mit Flanschanschluss in der Nennweite DN 50 und der Druckstufe PN 16. Es regelt die Wasser- und Dampfversorgung von Lüftungs- und Heizungsanlagen mit einem Kvs-Wert von 40 m³/h.
Gleichprozentige Kennlinie und dichtschließender Kegel
Der Ventilkegel öffnet abhängig vom Stellsignal des Antriebs und übernimmt die Drosselfunktion. Seine Profilierung erzeugt eine gleichprozentige Durchflusskennlinie nach VDI/VDE 2173. Die Leckrate liegt bei maximal 0,05 Prozent des Kvs-Werts. Ventilkörper und Gehäuse bestehen aus Grauguss EN-GJL-250, Schließkörper, Spindel und Sitz aus Edelstahl. Die Spindel dichtet über einen PTFE-V-Ring ab. Ventil und Antrieb arbeiten wartungsfrei.
Einsatzbereich bis 150 Grad Celsius Mediumstemperatur
Das Ventil eignet sich für Wasser und Dampf mit einem Druckverhältnis Δp/P1 unter 0,4 sowie für Wasser mit bis zu 50 Volumenprozent Glykol. Die Mediumstemperatur reicht von 5 bis 150 Grad Celsius, der zulässige Differenzdruck ps beträgt 1600 kPa. Empfohlen wird eine Mediumsgeschwindigkeit von 1 bis 2 Metern pro Sekunde, um Strömungsgeräusche zu vermeiden.
Einbaulage und Antriebsanschluss
Sie können das Ventil stehend bis liegend einbauen, ein hängender Einbau ist nicht zulässig. Der Anschluss erfolgt über Flansche nach ISO 7005-2. Ein passender Antrieb ist separat erhältlich, ebenso die optionale Spindelheizung ZH24-1-A.
