Hubventil H650R für DN 50 mit Flanschanschluss
Das Hubventil H650R ist ein 2-Wege-Ventil für die Nennweite DN 50 mit Flanschanschluss. Es dient als Drosselorgan in wasserführenden Heizungs- und Kälteanlagen und wird über einen separat bestellten Hubantrieb angesteuert.
Gleichprozentige Kennlinie und dichtschließender Sitz
Der Ventilkegel ist so profiliert, dass sich eine gleichprozentige Durchflusskennlinie nach VDI/VDE 2173 ergibt, im Öffnungsbereich optimiert. Der Ventilkörper besteht aus EN-GJL-250 (GG 25) mit Schutzlack, Schließkörper und Spindel sind aus nicht rostendem Stahl. Die Leckrate liegt bei maximal 0,05 % vom Kvs-Wert.
Medium und Betriebsdaten
Das Ventil ist für Wasser sowie Wasser mit Glykol bis maximal 50 Volumenprozent bei Mediumstemperaturen von -10 bis 120°C ausgelegt. Der Kvs-Wert beträgt 40 m³/h, die zulässige Druckstufe ps liegt bei 600 kPa. Bei Mediumstemperaturen zwischen -10 und 2°C benötigen Sie eine Spindelheizung.
Einbau mit Flanschanschluss nach ISO 7005-2
Der Anschluss erfolgt über Flansche nach ISO 7005-2 bei PN 6. Sie können das Ventil stehend bis liegend einbauen, eine hängende Montage ist nicht zulässig. Ein passender Hubantrieb sowie die bei Bedarf erforderliche Spindelheizung sind separat erhältlich.
