Hubventil H650N in DN 50 mit Flanschanschluss
Das H650N ist ein Hubventil mit zwei Anschlüssen, Nennweite DN 50 und Flanschanschluss nach ISO 7005-2. Es regelt Wasser und Wasser-Glykol-Gemische bis 50 Volumenprozent in geschlossenen Wassersystemen für die wasserseitige Regelung von Heizungs- und Lüftungsanlagen.
Profilierter Kegel für gleichprozentige Kennlinie
Der Ventilkegel wirkt als Drosselorgan und wird über einen Hubantrieb in die jeweilige Öffnungsstellung gefahren. Durch die Profilierung des Kegels ergibt sich eine gleichprozentige Durchflusskennlinie nach VDI/VDE 2173, die im Öffnungsbereich optimiert ist. Die Leckrate liegt bei maximal 0,05 Prozent des Kvs-Werts. Gehäuse und Sitz bestehen aus Grauguss EN-GJL-250 (GG25) mit Schutzlack, Kegel und Spindel aus nicht rostendem Stahl, die Dichtung aus einem EPDM-O-Ring.
Mediumstemperatur bis 120 Grad Celsius bei PN 16
Das Ventil ist für eine Mediumstemperatur von -10 bis 120 Grad Celsius ausgelegt und für einen Differenzdruck ps von 1600 kPa bei PN 16 bemessen. Der Kvs-Wert beträgt 40 Kubikmeter pro Stunde. Für einen geräuscharmen Betrieb empfiehlt Belimo eine Mediumsgeschwindigkeit von 1 bis 2 Metern pro Sekunde.
Einbaulage und Antrieb
Bezogen auf die Spindel lässt sich das Ventil stehend bis liegend einbauen, ein hängender Einbau mit der Spindel nach unten ist nicht zulässig. Wie alle Ventilkörper dieser Baureihe wird das H650N ohne Antrieb geliefert, dieser wird separat bestellt.
