Hubventil H632S: 2-Wege-Ventil mit Flanschanschluss DN 32
Das H632S ist ein 2-Wege-Hubventil mit Flanschanschluss in der Nennweite DN 32. Der Ventilkegel dient als Drosselorgan zur stetigen Volumenstromregelung in Rohrleitungssystemen.
Gleichprozentige Kennlinie und wartungsfreier Aufbau
Die Profilierung des Ventilkegels erzeugt eine gleichprozentige Durchflusskennlinie. Der Ventilkörper besteht aus EN-GJL-250 (GG 25) mit Schutzlack, Schließkörper, Spindel und Sitz sind aus nichtrostendem Stahl gefertigt, die Dichtung ist als PTFE-V-Ring ausgeführt. Die Leckrate liegt bei maximal 0,05 % vom Kvs-Wert. Das Ventil ist wartungsfrei, es gibt keine vom Anwender austauschbaren oder reparierbaren Teile.
Einsatzbereich für Wasser und Dampf bis 150 °C
Das Ventil eignet sich für Wasser und Dampf (Δp/P1 < 0,4) sowie für Wasser mit Glykolanteil bis maximal 50 Vol.-%. Die Mediumstemperatur reicht von 5 bis 150 °C, die Druckstufe beträgt PN 16. Der Kvs-Wert liegt bei 16 m³/h.
Montage in beliebiger Lage außer hängend
Sie bauen das Hubventil stehend bis liegend ein, ein hängender Einbau mit dem Stößel nach unten ist nicht zulässig. Die Durchflussrichtung ist durch einen Pfeil am Gehäuse vorgegeben. Der Antrieb ist nicht im Lieferumfang enthalten und wird separat bestellt, bei Bedarf ist eine Spindelheizung ZH24-1-A für den Hubantrieb erhältlich.
