Hubventil für DN 32 mit Flanschanschluss
Der H632R ist ein 2-Wege-Hubventil für Nennweite DN 32 mit Flanschanschluss und Druckstufe PN 6. Er dient der wasserseitigen stetigen Regelung von Luftbehandlungs- und Heizungsanlagen in stationären Gebäuden.
Aufbau und Werkstoffe
Ein Ventilkegel aus nicht rostendem Stahl bewegt sich linear im Gehäuse aus EN-GJL-250 (GG25) mit Schutzlack und übernimmt die Drosselfunktion. Die Kennlinie ist gleichprozentig nach VDI/VDE 2173 und im Öffnungsbereich optimiert. Die Spindel dichtet über einen EPDM-O-Ring ab. Laut Hersteller sind Hubventile und die zugehörigen Antriebe wartungsfrei.
Medium und Betriebsbedingungen
Das Ventil führt Wasser sowie Wasser-Glykol-Gemische bis maximal 50 Volumenprozent bei einer Mediumstemperatur von -10 bis 120°C. Unterhalb von 2°C ist eine Spindelheizung erforderlich. Der Kvs-Wert liegt bei 16 m³/h, die Leckrate bei maximal 0,05 Prozent des Kvs-Werts.
Montage und Antrieb
Der Flanschanschluss erfolgt nach ISO 7005-2. Sie können das Ventil stehend bis liegend einbauen, bezogen auf die Spindel. Eine hängende Montage ist nicht zulässig. Beachten Sie die Durchflussrichtung, die ein Pfeil am Gehäuse vorgibt, da eine falsche Einbaurichtung das Ventil beschädigen kann. Ein passender Hubantrieb ist nicht im Lieferumfang enthalten und wird separat bestellt.
