Hubventil DN 32 mit Flanschanschluss für die 2-Wege-Regelung
Der Belimo H632N ist ein Hubventil für die 2-Wege-Regelung in geschlossenen Wassersystemen. Es hat die Nennweite DN 32, wird über einen Flansch angeschlossen und arbeitet mit einem Kvs-Wert von 16 m³/h bei einer Druckstufe PN 16.
Gleichprozentige Kennlinie und wartungsfreier Aufbau
Der Ventilkegel ist profiliert und erzeugt eine gleichprozentige Durchflusskennlinie nach VDI/VDE 2173. Der Ventilkörper besteht aus Gusseisen EN-GJL-250 mit Schutzlack, Schließkörper und Spindel sind aus nicht rostendem Stahl gefertigt, die Spindel ist mit einem EPDM-O-Ring abgedichtet. Die maximale Leckrate liegt bei 0,05 Prozent vom Kvs-Wert. Das Ventil arbeitet wartungsfrei.
Einsatz in geschlossenen Wassersystemen bis 120 Grad Celsius
Das Ventil ist für geschlossene Wassersysteme mit Wasser oder Wasser-Glykol-Gemischen bis 50 Volumenprozent ausgelegt. Es deckt eine Mediumstemperatur von -10 bis 120 °C bei einem zulässigen Druck ps von 1600 kPa ab.
Flanschmontage nach ISO 7005-2
Der Anschluss erfolgt über Flansche nach ISO 7005-2, das Ventil ist stehend oder liegend einsetzbar. Die Durchflussrichtung ist durch einen Pfeil am Gehäuse vorgegeben und einzuhalten. Der Hubantrieb ist nicht im Lieferumfang enthalten und wird separat bestellt. Bei Mediumstemperaturen unter 2 °C ist zusätzlich eine Spindelheizung vom Typ ZH24-1-A oder ZH24-1-B erforderlich.
