Hubventil DN 25 mit Flanschanschluss für die 2-Wege-Regelung
Das H624S ist ein Hubventil für die 2-Wege-Regelung mit Flanschanschluss in Nennweite DN 25. Es regelt Wasser- und Dampfsysteme im unterkritischen Bereich sowie die wasserseitige Regelung von Luftbehandlungs- und Heizungsanlagen.
Gleichprozentige Kennlinie mit geringer Leckrate
Ein separat zu bestellender Hubantrieb verstellt den profilierten Ventilkegel, der als Drosselorgan wirkt. Die Durchflusskennlinie ist gleichprozentig nach VDI/VDE 2173 und im Öffnungsbereich optimiert. Die Leckrate liegt bei maximal 0,05 Prozent vom Kvs-Wert. Der Ventilkörper besteht aus EN-GJL-250 mit Schutzlack, Schließkörper, Sitz und Spindel bestehen aus nicht rostendem Stahl, die Spindeldichtung aus einem PTFE-V-Ring.
Mediumstemperatur bis 150 °C bei PN 16
Das Ventil ist für Wasser und Dampf bei einem Verhältnis Δp/P1 unter 0,4 sowie für Wasser mit Glykolanteil bis maximal 50 Volumenprozent ausgelegt. Die Mediumstemperatur reicht von 5 bis 150 °C, die Druckstufe beträgt PN 16 bei einem Schließdruck ps von 1600 kPa. Der Kvs-Wert liegt bei 6,3 m³/h.
Einbaulage stehend bis liegend, Antrieb separat bestellen
Das Ventil wird stehend bis liegend eingebaut, eine hängende Montage ist nicht zulässig. Die Durchflussrichtung ist gemäß der Pfeilmarkierung am Gehäuse einzuhalten, ein Schmutzfänger wird empfohlen. Der Flanschanschluss entspricht ISO 7005-2. Der Hubantrieb ist nicht im Lieferumfang enthalten und muss separat bestellt werden.
