Hubventil H620S für die 2-Wege-Regelung in DN 20
Das H620S ist ein Hubventil mit 2-Wege-Funktion für die wasserseitige Regelung von Heizungs- und Lüftungsanlagen in stationären HLK-Systemen. Es hat die Nennweite DN 20 und wird über einen Flanschanschluss gemäß ISO 7005-2 in die Rohrleitung eingebaut.
Gleichprozentige Kennlinie und wartungsfreie Bauweise
Der Ventilkegel ist so profiliert, dass sich eine gleichprozentige Durchflusskennlinie ergibt. Das Gehäuse besteht aus Grauguss EN-GJL-250 mit Schutzlack, Kegel, Spindel und Sitz sind aus nichtrostendem Stahl gefertigt, die Spindel ist mit einem PTFE-V-Ring abgedichtet. Die Leckrate liegt bei maximal 0,05 Prozent des Kvs-Werts, das Ventil ist wartungsfrei.
Mediumstemperatur bis 150 °C bei PN 16
Das Ventil ist für Wasser und Dampf sowie für Wasser mit einem Glykolanteil von bis zu 50 Volumenprozent ausgelegt. Die Mediumstemperatur reicht von 5 bis 150 °C, der zulässige Betriebsüberdruck ps beträgt 1600 kPa bei einer Druckstufe von PN 16. Der Kvs-Wert liegt bei 6,3 m³/h. Für den Einsatz bei tiefen Temperaturen ist optional eine Spindelheizung erhältlich.
Einbaulage und Antriebsmontage
Das Ventil wird bezogen auf die Spindel stehend bis liegend eingebaut; ein hängender Einbau mit dem Stößel nach unten ist nicht zulässig. Beim Anschluss ist die Durchflussrichtung nach der Pfeilmarkierung am Gehäuse zu beachten. Ein passender Hubantrieb wird separat bestellt.
