Hubventil für DN 20 mit Flanschanschluss
Das Belimo H620N ist ein 2-Wege-Hubventil in Nennweite DN 20 mit Flanschanschluss für die stetige Regelung von Luftbehandlungs- und Heizungsanlagen in geschlossenen Wassersystemen. Der Ventilkegel wird über einen separat zu bestellenden Hubantrieb in die vorgegebene Öffnungsstellung gebracht.
Gleichprozentige Kennlinie und wartungsfreier Aufbau
Die Profilierung des Ventilkegels erzeugt eine gleichprozentige Durchflusskennlinie. Die Leckrate liegt bei maximal 0,05 Prozent des Kvs-Werts. Der Ventilkörper besteht aus EN-GJL-250, Schließkörper und Spindel aus nicht rostendem Stahl, die Spindelabdichtung erfolgt über einen EPDM-O-Ring. Ventil und Antrieb arbeiten wartungsfrei.
Einsatzbereich für Wasser und Wasser-Glykol-Gemische
Das Ventil ist für Wasser sowie Wasser mit Glykolanteilen bis maximal 50 Volumenprozent ausgelegt, bei Mediumstemperaturen von -10 bis 120 Grad Celsius. Der zulässige Betriebsdruck liegt bei ps 1600 kPa, der Kvs-Wert bei 6,3 m³/h. Für niedrige Temperaturen sind Spindelheizungen als Zubehör erhältlich.
Einbaulage und Wasserqualität beachten
Das Ventil wird über einen Flanschanschluss eingebaut und kann stehend bis liegend montiert werden. Ein hängender Einbau mit dem Stößel nach unten ist nicht zulässig. Für die Wasserqualität gelten die Bestimmungen der VDI 2035, ein Schmutzfänger wird empfohlen. Der Hubantrieb ist nicht im Lieferumfang enthalten und wird separat bestellt.
