Hubventil DN 15 mit Flanschanschluss für die 2-Wege-Regelung
Das Belimo H615R ist ein Hubventil mit 2-Wege-Funktion in der Nennweite DN 15. Es wird über einen Flansch angeschlossen, ist für PN 6 ausgelegt und erreicht einen Kvs-Wert von 4 m³/h. Der zulässige Betriebsdruck ps liegt bei 600 kPa.
Gleichprozentige Kennlinie und wartungsfreier Aufbau
Ein Antrieb bringt den Ventilkegel, der als Drosselorgan wirkt, in die vom Stellsignal vorgegebene Öffnungsstellung. Die Durchflusskennlinie ist gleichprozentig nach VDI/VDE 2173 und im Öffnungsbereich optimiert. Die Leckrate liegt bei maximal 0,05 Prozent vom Kvs-Wert. Der Ventilkörper besteht aus EN-GJL-250 mit Schutzlack, Schließkörper und Spindel aus nicht rostendem Stahl, die Spindel ist mit einem EPDM-O-Ring abgedichtet. Das Ventil arbeitet wartungsfrei.
Einsatz in geschlossenen Wassersystemen bis 120 Grad
Das Ventil eignet sich für Wasser sowie Wasser mit Glykolanteil bis maximal 50 Volumenprozent in geschlossenen Systemen, etwa für die wasserseitige stetige Regelung von Luftbehandlungs- und Heizungsanlagen. Die Mediumstemperatur reicht von -10 bis 120 Grad Celsius. Bei Temperaturen zwischen -10 und 2 Grad Celsius ist eine Spindelheizung erforderlich, etwa vom Typ ZH24-1-A.
Einbaulage und Antriebsmontage
Zulässig ist der Einbau stehend bis liegend, bezogen auf die Spindel. Eine hängende Montage mit dem Stößel nach unten ist nicht zulässig. Die durch einen Pfeil am Gehäuse vorgegebene Durchflussrichtung ist einzuhalten, da sonst das Ventil beschädigt werden kann. Ein passender Antrieb ist separat zu bestellen und dem jeweiligen Antriebsdatenblatt zu entnehmen.
