Hubventil H614S für DN 15 mit Flanschanschluss
Das H614S ist ein 2-Wege-Hubventil für die Nennweite DN 15 mit Flanschanschluss, ausgelegt für PN 16 und einen maximalen Differenzdruck ps von 1600 kPa. Der Kvs-Wert liegt bei 2,5 m³/h, die Mediumstemperatur reicht von 5 bis 150 °C.
Gleichprozentige Kennlinie und geringe Leckrate
Ein Hubantrieb bewegt den Ventilkegel, der als Drosselorgan wirkt, in die vom Stellsignal vorgegebene Öffnungsstellung. Durch die Profilierung des Kegels ergibt sich eine gleichprozentige Durchflusskennlinie. Der Ventilkörper besteht aus EN-GJL-250 mit Schutzlack, Schließkörper, Spindel und Sitz sind aus nichtrostendem Stahl gefertigt, die Spindel dichtet über einen PTFE-V-Ring ab. Die Leckrate liegt bei maximal 0,05 Prozent vom Kvs-Wert.
Medium: Wasser, Dampf und Glykolgemische
Das Ventil eignet sich für Wasser und Dampf bei einem Verhältnis von Δp/P1 unter 0,4 sowie für Wasser-Glykol-Gemische mit einem Glykolanteil bis maximal 50 Volumenprozent.
Einbaulage und Zubehör für den Hubantrieb
Der Einbau ist stehend bis liegend möglich; ein hängender Einbau mit dem Stößel nach unten ist nicht zulässig. Das Ventil wird ohne Antrieb geliefert, ein passender Hubantrieb ist separat zu bestellen. Für den Betrieb mit LV-, NV- oder SV-Antrieben ist die Spindelheizung ZH24-1-A als Zubehör erhältlich.
