Hubventil DN 15 mit Flanschanschluss für die 2-Wege-Regelung
Das Belimo H612S ist ein Hubventil für die 2-Wege-Regelung mit der Nennweite DN 15. Es wird über Flansche nach PN 16 in die Rohrleitung eingebaut und eignet sich für die wasserseitige stetige Regelung von Luftbehandlungs- und Heizungsanlagen.
Gleichprozentige Kennlinie und geringe Leckrate
Der Ventilkegel wirkt als Drosselorgan und wird über einen separaten Hubantrieb verstellt. Die Durchflusskennlinie ist gleichprozentig nach VDI/VDE 2173 und im Öffnungsbereich optimiert. Kegel, Sitz und Spindel bestehen aus nicht rostendem Stahl, das Gehäuse aus EN-GJL-250 mit Schutzlack. Die Spindelabdichtung erfolgt über einen PTFE-V-Ring, die Leckrate liegt bei maximal 0,05 Prozent des Kvs-Werts. Das Ventil arbeitet wartungsfrei.
Einsatz in geschlossenen Wasser- und Dampfsystemen bis 150 Grad Celsius
Das Ventil ist für geschlossene Wasser- und Dampfsysteme im unterkritischen Bereich ausgelegt. Die Mediumstemperatur liegt zwischen 5 und 150°C, der zulässige Betriebsüberdruck bei 1600 kPa. Der Kvs-Wert beträgt 1 m³/h. Zulässig sind auch Wasser-Glykol-Gemische bis maximal 50 Volumenprozent.
Einbau stehend bis liegend, Antrieb separat bestellen
Der Anschluss erfolgt über Flansche nach ISO 7005-2. Sie können das Ventil stehend bis liegend einbauen, bezogen auf die Spindel, ein hängender Einbau ist nicht zulässig. Ein Hubantrieb gehört nicht zum Lieferumfang und muss separat bestellt werden.
