Hubventil DN 125 mit Flanschanschluss für Wasser- und Dampfsysteme
Der H6125S ist ein 2-Wege-Hubventil für die wasserseitige stetige Regelung von Luftbehandlungs- und Heizungsanlagen. Es hat einen Flanschanschluss in Nennweite DN 125 und eine Druckstufe PN 16. Der Ventilkegel dient als Drosselorgan und wird über einen separat zu bestellenden Hubantrieb verstellt.
Gleichprozentige Kennlinie, wartungsfreier Aufbau
Durch die Profilierung des Ventilkegels erreicht das Ventil eine gleichprozentige Durchflusskennlinie. Die Leckrate liegt bei maximal 0,05 Prozent des Kvs-Werts. Der Ventilkörper besteht aus Grauguss EN-GJL-250 mit Schutzlackbeschichtung, Schließkörper, Spindel und Sitz sind aus nicht rostendem Stahl, die Spindel ist mit einem PTFE-V-Ring abgedichtet. Hubventil und Antrieb sind wartungsfrei.
Kvs 220 m³/h bei Temperaturen von 5 bis 150 °C
Das Ventil eignet sich für Wasser und Dampf im unterkritischen Bereich sowie für Wasser mit einem Glykolanteil bis maximal 50 Volumenprozent. Es verträgt Mediumstemperaturen von 5 bis 150 °C bei einem zulässigen Betriebsdruck ps von 1600 kPa und liefert einen Kvs-Wert von 220 m³/h.
Einbaulage und Antriebszubehör
Sie können das Ventil stehend bis liegend einbauen. Ein hängender Einbau mit dem Stößel nach unten ist nicht zulässig. Der Hubantrieb ist nicht im Lieferumfang enthalten und muss separat bestellt werden.
