Hubventil H6100R für DN 100 mit Flanschanschluss
Das Hubventil H6100R ist ein 2-Wege-Ventil für DN 100 in Flanschausführung, mit einer Druckstufe PN 6 und einem Kvs-Wert von 145 m³/h. Es ist für die Anwendung in stationären Heizungs-, Lüftungs- und Klimaanlagen vorgesehen.
Ansteuerung über Hubantrieb mit gleichprozentiger Kennlinie
Das Ventil wird über einen Hubantrieb verstellt, der den Ventilkegel entsprechend dem Stellsignal positioniert. Handelsübliche Regelsysteme steuern den Antrieb stetig oder im 3-Punkt-Betrieb an. Durch die Profilierung des Ventilkegels ergibt sich eine gleichprozentige Durchflusskennlinie. Die Leckrate liegt bei maximal 0,05 % des Kvs-Werts. Der Ventilkörper besteht aus EN-GJL-250 (GG 25) mit Schutzlack, Schließkörper und Spindel sind aus nicht rostendem Stahl gefertigt, die Spindel dichtet ein EPDM-O-Ring ab.
Medium, Temperatur und Druckstufe
Das Ventil eignet sich für Wasser sowie Wasser-Glykol-Gemische bis maximal 50 Vol.-% Glykol. Die Mediumstemperatur liegt zwischen -10 und 120°C. Der maximal zulässige Betriebsdruck ps beträgt 600 kPa bei der Druckstufe PN 6.
Einbaulage und Zubehör
Sie können das Ventil stehend bis liegend einbauen, eine hängende Montage ist nicht zulässig. Beachten Sie die am Gehäuse markierte Durchflussrichtung. Der Anschluss erfolgt über Flansch. Diese Serie umfasst reine Ventilkörper ohne Antrieb, einen passenden Hubantrieb bestellen Sie separat. Optional ist eine Spindelheizung erhältlich.
