Hubventil für DN 100 mit Flanschanschluss
Der H6100N ist ein 2-Wege-Hubventil für DN 100 mit Flanschanschluss nach ISO 7005-2. Es ist für PN 16 ausgelegt und hält Drücken bis 1600 kPa stand. Der Kvs-Wert liegt bei 145 m³/h.
Gleichprozentige Kennlinie und niedrige Leckrate
Der Ventilkegel dient als Drosselorgan und wird von einem Hubantrieb stetig oder im 3-Punkt-Betrieb verstellt. Die Durchflusskennlinie ist gleichprozentig nach VDI/VDE 2173 und im oberen Öffnungsbereich optimiert. Die Leckrate liegt bei maximal 0,05 % des Kvs-Werts. Das Gehäuse besteht aus Grauguss EN-GJL-250 mit Schutzlack, Ventilkegel und Spindel aus nicht rostendem Stahl.
Einsatz mit Wasser und Wasser-Glykol-Gemischen
Das Ventil eignet sich für Wasser sowie für Wasser mit Glykolanteilen bis maximal 50 Vol.-%. Die Mediumstemperatur reicht von -10 bis 120°C. Unterhalb von 2°C ist laut Datenblatt eine Spindelheizung erforderlich, die als Zubehör ZH24-1-A oder ZH24-1-B separat erhältlich ist.
Montage stehend bis liegend, Antrieb separat
Der Anschluss erfolgt über Flansch nach ISO 7005-2. Das Ventil lässt sich stehend bis liegend einbauen, eine Hänglage ist nicht zulässig. Ein passender Hubantrieb gehört nicht zum Lieferumfang und ist separat zu bestellen.
