Hubventil für die 3-Wege-Regelung in DN 20
Der H520B ist ein Hubventil in 3-Wege-Ausführung für die Nennweite DN 20. Er verbindet die Anschlüsse über ein Außengewinde G 1 1/4" nach ISO 228-1 bei einer Druckstufe PN 16. Das Ventil regelt wasserseitig in stationären Heizungs-, Lüftungs- und Klimaanlagen sowie in offenen und geschlossenen Wassersystemen.
Gleichprozentige Kennlinie mit geringer Leckrate
Der Regelpfad A-AB arbeitet nach einer gleichprozentigen Kennlinie gemäß VDI/VDE 2173, im Öffnungsbereich optimiert, mit einer Leckrate von maximal 0,05 Prozent des Kvs-Werts. Der Bypass B-AB verläuft linear mit einer Leckrate von maximal 1 Prozent des Kvs-Werts. Der Ventilkörper besteht aus CC499K, Schließkörper und Spindel aus nicht rostendem Stahl, die Spindeldichtung aus einem EPDM-O-Ring. Das Ventil ist wartungsfrei.
Einsatz mit Wasser bis 120 Grad Celsius
Das Ventil eignet sich für Wasser und Wasser-Glykol-Gemische mit bis zu 50 Volumenprozent Glykolanteil bei einer Mediumstemperatur von -10 bis 120 Grad Celsius und einem Schließdruck ps von 1600 kPa. Der Kvs-Wert beträgt 6,3 Kubikmeter pro Stunde. Für Mediumstemperaturen von -10 bis 2 Grad Celsius ist eine Spindelheizung erforderlich.
Montage mit separat bestelltem Hubantrieb
Der Hubantrieb wird separat bestellt und auf das Ventil montiert. Zulässig sind Einbaulagen von stehend bis liegend, eine hängende Montage mit dem Stößel nach unten ist nicht zulässig. Die Durchflussrichtung ist durch den Pfeil am Gehäuse vorgegeben.
