Hubventil für 3-Wege-Regelung in DN 15 mit Außengewinde
Der H512B ist ein 3-Wege-Hubventil in DN 15 mit Außengewinde G 1 1/8" und einem Kvs-Wert von 1 m³/h. Es ist für PN 16 und einen maximalen Betriebsdruck von 1600 kPa ausgelegt und regelt Wasser sowie Wasser-Glykol-Gemische bis 50 Vol.-% Glykolanteil in stationären Heizungs-, Lüftungs- und Klimaanlagen.
Gleichprozentige Kennlinie am Regelpfad, linearer Bypass
Ein profilierter Ventilkegel bewegt sich in die vom Stellsignal vorgegebene Öffnungsstellung. Der Regelpfad A-AB regelt gleichprozentig mit einer maximalen Leckrate von 0,05 % des Kvs-Werts, der Bypass B-AB verhält sich linear mit einer maximalen Leckrate von 1 % des Kvs-Werts. Der Ventilkörper besteht aus der Kupferlegierung CC499K, Schließkörper und Spindel aus nichtrostendem Stahl.
Einsatz bei Mediumstemperaturen von -10 bis 120 °C
Das Ventil ist für Mediumstemperaturen von -10 bis 120 °C ausgelegt. Bei Temperaturen zwischen -10 und 2 °C benötigen Sie eine Spindelheizung. Für einen geräuscharmen Betrieb empfiehlt sich eine Mediumsgeschwindigkeit von 1 bis 2 m/s.
Montage mit Außengewinde, Antrieb separat bestellen
Der Anschluss erfolgt über Außengewinde. Montieren Sie das Ventil nicht hängend mit nach unten zeigendem Stößel und beachten Sie die durch den Gehäusepfeil markierte Durchflussrichtung. Das Ventil wird ohne Antrieb geliefert; passende Hubantriebe der Baureihen LV, NV und SV bestellen Sie separat.
