Hubventil DN 15 mit Außengewinde für den 3-Wege-Einsatz
Das H511B ist ein Hubventil mit drei Wegen und einer Nennweite von DN 15. Der Anschluss erfolgt über ein Außengewinde G 1 1/8 Zoll. Das Ventil arbeitet mit einem Kvs-Wert von 0,63 m³/h bei einer Druckstufe PN 16 und einem maximal zulässigen Betriebsdruck von 1600 kPa.
Gleichprozentige Kennlinie am Regelpfad, linear am Bypass
Der Ventilkegel ist profiliert und erzeugt am Regelpfad A-AB eine gleichprozentige Durchflusskennlinie, am Bypass B-AB verläuft sie linear. Die Leckrate liegt am Regelpfad bei maximal 0,05 Prozent des Kvs-Werts, am Bypass bei maximal 1 Prozent. Der Ventilkörper besteht aus CC499K, Schließkörper und Spindel aus nicht rostendem Stahl, die Spindelabdichtung übernimmt ein EPDM-O-Ring.
Medium und Betriebsbedingungen
Das Ventil ist für Wasser sowie Wasser mit Glykol bis maximal 50 Volumenprozent ausgelegt. Die Mediumstemperatur reicht von -10 bis 120°C. Bei Temperaturen zwischen -10 und 2°C ist eine Spindelheizung erforderlich.
Einbaulage und Antriebsmontage
Das Ventil lässt sich stehend bis liegend einbauen, bezogen auf die Spindel. Ein hängender Einbau mit dem Stössel nach unten ist nicht zulässig. Die Durchflussrichtung muss dem Pfeil auf dem Ventilgehäuse entsprechen. Der passende Hubantrieb wird separat bestellt.
