Hubventil für DN 50 mit Außengewinde
Der Belimo H450B ist ein 2-Wege-Hubventil für die Nennweite DN 50 mit Außengewinde G 2 3/4″ und der Druckstufe PN 16. Der Kvs-Wert beträgt 40 m³/h. Das Ventil regelt wasserseitig in offenen und geschlossenen Wassersystemen, etwa bei der stetigen Regelung von Luftbehandlungs- und Heizungsanlagen.
Gleichprozentige Kennlinie und wartungsfreie Bauweise
Der Ventilkegel dient als Drosselorgan und fährt in die vom Stellsignal vorgegebene Öffnungsstellung. Die Durchflusskennlinie ist gleichprozentig nach VDI/VDE 2173 und im Öffnungsbereich optimiert. Die Leckrate liegt bei maximal 0,05 % des Kvs-Werts, das Ventil arbeitet wartungsfrei. Der Ventilkörper besteht aus CC499K, Schließkörper und Spindel aus nichtrostendem Stahl, die Spindeldichtung ist ein EPDM-O-Ring.
Medium, Temperatur und Druckstufe
Als Medium eignen sich Wasser sowie Wasser-Glykol-Gemische bis maximal 50 Vol.-% Glykolanteil. Die Mediumstemperatur reicht von -10 bis 120 °C, der maximale statische Druck (ps) liegt bei 1600 kPa. Im Bereich von -10 bis 2 °C ist eine Spindelheizung erforderlich.
Montage und Antrieb
Die Einbaulage reicht von stehend bis liegend. Ein hängender Einbau mit dem Stößel nach unten ist nicht zulässig. Das Ventil wird ohne Antrieb geliefert, ein passender Hubantrieb ist separat erhältlich.
