Hubventil DN 15, 2-Wege, mit Außengewinde für Wassersysteme
Der Belimo H415B ist ein 2-Wege-Hubventil der Nennweite DN 15 mit Außengewinde G 1 1/8" und Druckstufe PN 16. Er regelt wasserseitig in offenen und geschlossenen Wassersystemen, etwa in Luftbehandlungs- und Heizungsanlagen.
Gleichprozentige Kennlinie und dichtschließender Kegel
Ein profilierter Ventilkegel erzeugt nach VDI/VDE 2173 eine gleichprozentige Durchflusskennlinie, im Öffnungsbereich optimiert. Der Ventilkörper besteht aus CC499K, Schließkörper und Spindel aus nicht rostendem Stahl, die Spindel ist mit einem EPDM-O-Ring abgedichtet. Die Leckrate liegt bei maximal 0,05 % des Kvs-Werts.
Mediumstemperatur bis 120 °C bei PN 16
Das Ventil ist für Wasser sowie Wasser mit Glykol bis maximal 50 Vol.-% ausgelegt, bei Mediumstemperaturen von -10 bis 120 °C und einem ps-Wert von 1600 kPa. Bei Mediumstemperaturen von -10 bis 2 °C benötigen Sie eine Spindelheizung. Der Kvs-Wert liegt bei 4 m³/h.
Einbaulage stehend bis liegend
Montieren Sie das Ventil stehend bis liegend, ein hängender Einbau mit dem Stößel nach unten ist nicht zulässig. Beachten Sie beim Anschluss über das Außengewinde die am Gehäuse markierte Durchflussrichtung. Spindelheizung und Rohrverschraubungen erhalten Sie bei Bedarf separat.
