Hubventil DN 40, 3-Wege, aus nicht rostendem Stahl
Der H340S-N ist ein 3-Wege-Hubventil in DN 40 mit Innengewinde Rp 1 1/2" für den Einsatz in stationären Heizungs-, Lüftungs- und Klimaanlagen. Es ist für PN 25 und einen Systemdruck bis 2500 kPa ausgelegt, der Kvs-Wert liegt bei 25 m³/h.
Kennlinie, Dichtheit und Werkstoff
Der Ventilkegel dient als Drosselorgan und übernimmt die vom Hubantrieb vorgegebene Öffnungsstellung. Am Regelweg A-AB ergibt die Profilierung des Kegels eine gleichprozentige Durchflusskennlinie nach VDI/VDE 2173, am Bypass B-AB verläuft sie linear. Die Leckrate beträgt an beiden Wegen maximal 0,02 Prozent des Kvs-Werts, gemessen nach EN 1349 und EN 60534-4. Ventilkörper, Schließkörper, Spindel und Sitz bestehen aus nicht rostendem Stahl AISI 304, die Spindelabdichtung aus PTFE und FFKM.
Medium und Betriebsbedingungen
Freigegeben sind Wasser sowie Wasser-Glykol-Gemische bis maximal 50 Volumenprozent Glykol. Die Mediumstemperatur reicht von 0 bis 130 Grad Celsius. Für bestimmte Antriebe ist optional eine Spindelheizung ZH24-1-A erhältlich.
Einbaulage und Anschluss
Sie können das Ventil stehend bis liegend einbauen, eine hängende Montage ist nicht zulässig. Die Installation darf nur durch autorisiertes Fachpersonal erfolgen. Die Wasserqualität muss VDI 2035 entsprechen, der Einbau eines Schmutzfängers wird empfohlen. Der Anschluss erfolgt über Innengewinde Rp 1 1/2". Ein Antrieb für die Ventilbetätigung ist nicht im Lieferumfang enthalten und wird separat bestellt.
