2-Wege-Hubventil DN 25 mit Innengewinde für HLK-Anlagen
Der H225S-L ist ein 2-Wege-Hubventil aus nicht rostendem Stahl in der Nennweite DN 25 mit Innengewinde Rp 1". Er kommt in stationären Heizungs-, Lüftungs- und Klimaanlagen zum Einsatz und regelt den Wasserdurchfluss stetig.
Gleichprozentige Kennlinie und dichtschließender Ventilkegel
Ein Hubantrieb bewegt den Ventilkegel in die vom Stellsignal vorgegebene Öffnungsstellung. Die Durchflusskennlinie ist gleichprozentig nach VDI/VDE 2173 und durch die Profilierung des Kegels im Öffnungsbereich optimiert. Die Leckrate liegt bei maximal 0,01 Prozent des Kvs-Werts. Ventilkörper und Kegel bestehen aus nicht rostendem Stahl AISI 304, die Spindel ist mit PTFE und FFKM abgedichtet.
Kvs 10 m³/h für PN 25 und Mediumstemperaturen bis 130 °C
Das Ventil ist für Wasser und Wasser-Glykol-Gemische bis 50 Vol.-% ausgelegt, bei Mediumstemperaturen von 0 bis 130 °C. Es ist für PN 25 mit einem zulässigen Druck ps von 2500 kPa ausgelegt.
Einbau stehend bis liegend, Antrieb separat erhältlich
Montieren Sie das Ventil stehend bis liegend, ein hängender Einbau ist nicht zulässig. Belimo empfiehlt einen Schmutzfänger vor dem Ventil, um Feststoffe fernzuhalten. Für Antriebe mit Spindelheizfunktion ist das Zubehör ZH24-1-A lieferbar. Ein passender Antrieb ist separat erhältlich.
