2-Wege-Hubventil aus nicht rostendem Stahl für DN 15
Der H215S-J ist ein Hubventil mit zwei Wegen in Nennweite DN 15 und Innengewinde Rp 1/2" nach PN 25. Es regelt den Wasserdurchfluss in offenen und geschlossenen Wassersystemen und dient der stetigen wasserseitigen Regelung von Luftbehandlungs- und Heizungsanlagen.
Gleichprozentige Kennlinie und Werkstoff aus nicht rostendem Stahl
Ein separat zu bestellender Hubantrieb steuert den Ventilkegel stetig oder im 3-Punkt-Betrieb in die vom Stellsignal vorgegebene Öffnungsstellung. Ventilkörper, Schließkörper, Spindel und Sitz bestehen aus nicht rostendem Stahl AISI 304, die Spindeldichtung aus PTFE und FFKM. Die Durchflusskennlinie ist gleichprozentig nach VDI/VDE 2173 und im Öffnungsbereich durch die Profilierung des Ventilkegels optimiert. Die Leckrate beträgt maximal 0,01 Prozent des Kvs-Werts.
Einsatz bei Mediumstemperaturen bis 130 Grad Celsius
Das Ventil eignet sich für Wasser sowie Wasser mit Glykolanteil bis maximal 50 Volumenprozent bei Mediumstemperaturen von 0 bis 130 Grad Celsius. Es ist für einen zulässigen Betriebsdruck ps von 2500 kPa und einen Kvs-Wert von 4 Kubikmetern pro Stunde ausgelegt.
Montage stehend bis liegend, nicht hängend
Sie können das Ventil stehend bis liegend einbauen, eine hängende Montage mit dem Stößel nach unten ist nicht zulässig. Beachten Sie beim Einbau die am Gehäuse angegebene Durchflussrichtung. Ein passender Hubantrieb ist separat erhältlich.
